I don't see why t7 is an exclusive template language. One could compile to the AST from any template language.

In fact, based on how well this package performs, I will be writing a handlebars -> inferno package.

Please remove t7 as a dependency.

It's not a dependency at all. The master branch is out-of-date, check out perf-spike branch. It uses vdom now, so it's very easy to make whatever template language you want.

Hmm, v0.3.0 on that branch has not been released? npmjs.com/inferno shows v0.1.11

Not yet, hoping to merge with master and release in time for the New Year :) we're working hard to get the new system in place. Lots of nice new performance boosts all around too.
