bilibili.tv and bilibili.com are completely different services. They don't share any API, nor users and contents. So your issue is actually a feature request.

For new service feature request, I would first evaluate the contents. Of course, bilibili.tv is anime related, so at least I would not reject it. However, that doesn't mean I will do it myself. A quick search shows that there are very few contents and users. IMO users can just use YouTube instead, given nothing on bilibili.tv is enough unique and attractive.

If you really want that service, you can do it yourself or find someone interested about it. I would be happy to check your PR.

Thank for your information and correction. Something that I like on bilibili.tv, it has Anime that officially from Bilibili.tv so it will be good if someone can implemented it. Thanks.
