I cannot seem to reproduce it. During a 4-hour live replay, I can only detect a ~5s offset, which is the intended behavior. This is because the YouTube API does not provide information on the current playback position and the precise time a comment is submitted.

Hi, could you check this video below? I have a 40-60s offset on this video:

On other videos, I even met a 5 minutes offset, too crazy.

I have noticed that, although comment text are coming with offsets, the comment density itself is same as it on youtube. So here is my thought, maybe newpipe or animepipe dropped all emoji and channel emotes because it can't draw them, but didn't modify the chat timeline, make comment text appear in the wrong time.
If that's the problem, replace emoji with blank characters will fix it.
