InfluxDB::Errror should NOT inherit from Exception about influxdb-ruby

@tisba This was changed as a result of handling exceptions during API calls that needed to be retried. Probably not the most elegant solution, so I'll find a way to fix that up. Good call.

do you recall what exactly your problem was? If you simply add an empty rescue InfluxDB::Error in Client#connect_with_retry everything should be okay. Although it is not so nice to catch StandardError there (should be more specific IMO to errors where a retry actually makes sense).

@tisba I think I wanted to rescue on virtually everything except InfluxDB::Error, because those are legitimate errors from the server. We want to retry in the conditions that some other error occurred and we didn't receive a response from the server (e.g. network failure, host down). I'll take a look at it today and find a way to make it work.
