To be honest, I don't believe navigating through pages 1-10 would be any useful, since wanting to jump directly from 1st to even 3rd page and vice-versa doesn't seem much common. Though it may not hurt to support it, I think it's rubbish.
However, navigating through the results seems much nicer to me. Not that it poses a problem, but I'd like to note that it is possible to show more results per page using Google's search settings, so, for some people, mapping for results 1-10 only can be a bit awkward.

Sounds like a useful feature (though I probably wouldn't use it personally because I like the visual feedback of the search results selection).
Practically I won't have time to implement it in the near future, but happy to merge a PR that adds support.

Closing due to inactivity and lack of interest from most users. If anyone wants to discuss this, feel free to reopen.
I don't object merging a PR if someone is interested in implementing this, though I'm currently doing a large refactoring, so it should probably wait until I'm done, or otherwise merging will be difficult.
Also, note that I'm reluctant to adding new keyboard shortcuts by default (there are already too many defined), because it will constrain my ability to add new shortcuts in the future, because it will constrain our ability to add new shortcuts in the future.
