Remove merged branches about innersourcepatterns

Nice Sleuthing! Is this everything with the Merged badge on it, basically?

@rrrutledge I am not sure. Where do you see the Merged badge?

I just see that I forgot to post the command I used to get this:

$ git branch -a --merged

If you run that command from master give gives you all branches fully merged into master.

Yes, that seems to be the same. I see 13 branches marked as Merged in the GitHub UI as well, same as in the git command above. So those should be safe to delete.
