Test failed in some environments for testSnippetFullClass in StringLiteralTest about spoon

After some researches, this problem is not linked at Spoon but the environment installed by docker. Locale of docker instances cannot be changed (moby/moby#2424) and we must set global environment in the dockerfile (http://jaredmarkell.com/docker-and-locales/).

So, I close this issue.

When I execute the command mvn --version in a docker container, I have this output:

Apache Maven 3.0.5
Maven home: /usr/share/maven
Java version: 1.7.0_65, vendor: Oracle Corporation
Java home: /usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk-amd64/jre
Default locale: en_US, platform encoding: ANSI_X3.4-1968
OS name: "linux", version: "3.16.4-tinycore64", arch: "amd64", family: "unix"

The platform encoding is weird and seems to be linked at the locale. When I execute the locale command, it is weird too:

I cannot change the locale of a docker container when it is created (stupid...) but when I create a docker container with a correct locale, the problem is solved.
