can't open file 'datafeed/server.py' about jpmc-tech-task-2

@akshatj123 just install dateutil library.
Command is pip3 install python-dateutil

it might be because you're using python 3 so the right terminal command should be "python3 datafeed/server3.py" check if it's the file name or having to use python3 instead of python
