./console init failed during install about pinboard

It is not Pinboard problem. Check php pdo settings or db settings.

PS Usually database name is pinba.

Think i found problem. This is because pdo require path to mysql socket file in php.ini.
Default is :

php -i | grep pdo_mysql.default_socket
pdo_mysql.default_socket => /tmp/mysql.sock => /tmp/mysql.sock

But my was /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock (can be found with "ps aux | grep mysql" look for --socket=)
After changing to correct path in php.ini all was fine.
