uppercase characters in query can cause UI bug about katlas

I have been able to trace this issue to a response from MetadataAPI which yields essentially an empty response when the chars of the objType aren't all lowercase

will ticket the API being able to handle this and in the meantime, UI can work-around by converting to lowercase before querying API

if that is completed, this issue will no longer occur

the UI should be able to respond more gracefully in such a scenario and modifying to support that should be addressed in future re-org/tech debt/stability work
