Very good looking site.
Please check it with new release.
I suggest to use wrapper with any divs you need scrollbar.
You have to make a div as viewport, it contains a div for the scrollable content.
See my demo page for more technical infos.

In this release, you can force scrollbar position/size update with this line:
$("nameofdiv").getNiceScroll().doResize();

Let me know if it works.
