Ah yes, @Ehesp and I have seen this before, will investigate. It seems like a race condition though, reproduction is consistent if you open chrome devtools network tab and disable network caching then refresh, they all show as new files.

I assume there's some files being mounted to FS which aren't being awaited or something. Will investigate.
