This seems to be caused by the scrolling Y calculations ignoring the navbar height, so it gives the illusion that the correct content is being shown but not correctly highlighted.
It seems that it scrolls too much (ignoring the nav) and therefore it highlights the content right above it.

I can't reproduce anymore, so should have been fixed on latest site improvements
