Hi @ahermanski . There was a minor error in the test_gtfs_freq.R function. This fixed now and this should solve the 1st problem you reported. I'm looking into the 2nd problem to find the cause of the error.

Apparently, all the departure_time values for the the trip_id 124193674 are missing, which is causing the function to crash.

So removing all trip_id with missing values should solve the issue?

Went ahead, tested it by using drop_na on berlin$stop_times, sadly I'm still getting the same error.

I've made a minor change to the function to ignore any trip_id with missing departure_time values. For now, the function will print a message of each problematic id to alert the user. Let me know if this is working now, @ahermanski .
