I did. The trick is you have to include the line in your entity 'part
entity.g.dart' or the schema won't generate. I might suggest including
some information on that in the quick start, it set me back quite a bit.

Why not have accurate and complete docs instead of relying on others to
explain your product? π€·πΌββοΈ The only reason I figured it out was from a
tutorial where she explains you have to put that part line there first
before running the build tool. π€·πΌββοΈ Seems pretty important to
specifically call that out in your official documentation. π€·πΌββοΈ

It is not my product nor my documentation...I was just trying to help.
And generating a *.g.dart file and including it in your class file is not an isar "thing", it's standard flutter/dart practice and isar is just using it like so many other tools and packages dealing with json.

In fact, Chinese version of doc add one more sentence to declare where scheme is, which is better than English one.
