thanks for submitting Esteban. We'll take a look, though we're thinking to disable image mime types from processing through Iframely (as it's useless, obviously), we'll take a look into thumbnail sizes for Imgur in general. Take a look:

I don't think it's useless, many of the pics posted around from imgur goes to the direct image link or thumbnail.

On a side note, that's the same problem embedly used to have (dunno now) and that's why I ditched it.

I was saying about image mime types in general.
We have custom domain plugin for Imgur - we'll do the proper handling there. Thanks for heads up!
