Blender not latest stable version installed about am

Sorry, I had not seen the PR before, so I have directly worked on all four scripts for all four Blender's editions

I was sure I created the scripts to point to the latest version, but I remember that the page was a little different before (about two years ago), so the position of the packages must have been reversed (the latest versions are now at the top , first they had to be at the bottom, otherwise I can't explain this).

UPDATE: also enabled the option --rollback for all versions fef8433

NOTE: if you have installed (for example) a 4.0 version and the new version is 4.1, you will have both directories 4.0 and 4.1 in /opt/blender*/, you have to remove manually the one you don't need (it is about 500-600 MB).
