Firstly, every time when you want to download latest voice memo, use tdl chat export -c @foo to export all the message from the chat.
Secondly, use --skip-same auto-skip flag, then tdl should only download the new voice memo.

So as per my understanding, I can run these each time
- tdl chat export -c CHATID -f "Media.Name endsWith '.ogg'"
- tdl dl -f /Users/MYUSER/MYDIR/tdl-export.json --skip-same -i ogg
and get the latest voice memo? Correct me if i'm wrong, will test later today since there is no voice memo's there currently, however there will be later today
from tdl.
