Hi José,
I was trying to install shakermaker on my Mac (Ventura osx ) with Intel processors, but after many tries, I still get errors as below when I run 'python setup.py install'. I am wondering if you happen to come across this error in the setup stage. This is most likely mac-specific/clang/gcc related issue.
Hello
I would like to check whether the H5DRM is functioning properly in OpenSees. Specifically, I wanted to compare the response at the center point of the DRM box example provided in the OpenSees documentation between OpenSees and Shakermaker. However, while the acceleration results match well, the velocity and displacement results are different. It's surprising because the numerical integration of the accelerations yields the same results as OpenSees, but Shakermaker produces a completely different answer.
I also have another question regarding the output of station.getresponse() in Shakermaker. From what I have seen in the Shakermaker code, it appears that the output represents velocities. Is that correct?
Hello Dr. @jaabell ,
Recently, I installed the latest version of ShakerMaker, and during running examples script, the program shows the following error:
>> python3 example0_readme_example.py
ShakerMaker Run begin. dt=0.05 nfft=4096 dk=0.3 tb=1000 tmin=0.0 tmax=100

However the example scripts work when I go back to previous commit of station.py in 1a37a02 .
Could you please check this commit.
