Ah sorry it looks like you are trying to use Wikilink-style links (Links that use the [[]] format) which aren't officially supported right now (partially implemented in the scraper which is why you see them in the graph). For it to properly show up, you might want to either look into #16 or switch to Markdown-style links :))
