The examples and explanation of the preliminary contest have been uploaded. The courseware of the second round will be uploaded soon. Also, this is my first try of upload files via git.

This is a tutorial for beginners. It mainly includes some basic knowedge to OI, like algorithm and data structures. Mathematical knowledge which is not involved in Secondary school may be also included. Due to my limited knowledge, there might be some mistakes and flaws in this tutorial, please don't hesitate to correct.
