Fully refactored Convolver, are we're on-par with FORTRAN benchmarks for image (i.e. non mapping matrix) convolution.
I suspect we'll crush FORTRAN for the mapping matrix, but lets not get ahead of ourselves...

Turns out this was the only major bottle neck, and we got a x5+ speed up on FORTRAN with our new mapping matrix convolution approach.
The computation of D, F, S and their determinants etc. was significantly faster than FORTRAN and I'd estimate we should anticipate a x3-x6 speed-up over the FORTRAN code, in terms of raw processing.
