Root cause not yet identified.
As a workaround, the GitHub actions workflow has been changed so that new builds are not tagged with :1.2.0, :1.2.99 and :latest.
In addition, the latest working local builds have been added to ghcr.io as well:

In RasQberry, the desktop icon for "Qoffee local" will be modified to use ghcr.io/janlahmann/qoffee-local and not a local build. The install procedure will be modified in order not to execute the local build anymore.
