I am having the exact same issue with conrec.js and D3. Sometimes the path order appears to be incorrect resulting in anomalous lines and fills in my plots.

This is an extremely useful library and it would be great if this issue could be fixed.

I have same problem. As I see some contours are not closing.
Is there any possible fix or suggestions?
