Not enough info. Do not use --quiet and do use --debug when submitting logs.
What coin? What reject reason? Confirm the parameters are correct.
Try same coin at another pool. Try using cpuminer directly, not through Rainbowminer.

Tried to replicate this in different ways, but everything worked fine. Must have been some random hiccup with the pool then, closing the issue.
