4月11日腾讯的大股东Prosus宣布，移仓9600万股腾讯股票至香港**结算系统，启动新一轮减持。

按照Prosus在港交所披露的数据，该公司截至2022年12月31日底持有腾讯26.99%的股份。

今年4月11日腾讯的大股东Prosus宣布，移仓9600万股腾讯股票至香港**结算系统，启动新一轮减持。4月25日深夜，Prosus在其官网发公告称，根据自身股票回购计划卖出78.96万股腾讯控股普通股，使得对腾讯的总体持股比例降至25.99%。

5月15日 Prosus 披露还持有 24.882 亿股, 4月25日到 5月15日 减持了0.037212 亿股，即 372.12 万股。港股5月1日（周一）休市一日，4月25日到 5月15日 共 12 个交易日，平均每个交易日卖 31.01 万股？

根据5月16日Pr­o­su和NA­S­P­E­RS各自在官网公布的最新回购进展，5月8日-5月12日当周，回购Pr­o­s­us共2,735,903股，花费约1.95亿美金，回购Na­s­p­e­rs共573,864股，花费约0.95亿美金。Pr­o­s­us和NA­S­P­E­RS的回购数量与上周相比均大幅提升，回购Pr­o­s­us所花资金占腾讯当周成交量的比例为5.4%。

腾讯上周成交约0.85亿股，成交金额约282.92亿港币（约36.04亿美金），由于财报静默期，没有回购。

注：Pr­o­s­us周涨幅取自阿姆斯特丹证券交易所，由于南非股市的数据不好找，NA­S­P­E­RS周涨幅取自美股ADR。

截至5月12日，Pr­o­s­us的股价和净资产之间的折价约为36.86%，折价相比上周扩大了一个多点。

截至5月12日，腾讯累跌约9.96%，Pr­o­s­us累涨22.42%，Na­s­p­er累涨33.91%。

腾讯昨天公布了最新的一季报，晚上美股ADR涨的还行，但是没想到今天的港股完全不跟，开盘后一度还跌了快4个点，到收盘的时候拉回到只跌了0.88%。从股价的表现来看，市场似乎对这份财报不怎么认可。

特意去看了下股东大会的投票结果，关于购股权计划和股份奖励计划的决议案，反对比例都非常高，投反对票的股份将近20亿股，这么大的数量只能是机构了，看来机构对腾讯这样一直发股票也是不满了，尤其是业绩不出色的情况下。如果南非反戈投反对票，这些议案估计就没法过了。

根据最新披露的数据，目前南非佬还持有腾讯24.88亿股，占比25.95%，到下一次披露临界点（即24%的持股占比）还需要减持约9100万股，大概还有4个月左右的时间。

按 1300 亿元年利润，10年期限估计：

10年后，大股东减持完毕，假设回购量是增发量的 2 倍，当前总股本 96 亿股。

假设情况1：

假设回购均价330港币，假设大股东减持力度与回购力度相等，股价维持在 330 港币左右波动，假设每年回购 400 亿港币

每年减少的总股本为：400 / 330 / 2 = 0.607亿股 = 6070w 股

10年后总股本为：96 - 0.607 * 10 约= 90 亿股

10年间留存利润为：(1300 - 400) * 10 = 9000 亿元

9000亿以分红形式派出，每股分红 100 港币

假设情况2：

假设回购均价300港币，假设大股东减持力度与回购力度相等，股价维持在 300 港币左右波动，假设每年回购 500 亿港币

每年减少的总股本为：500 / 300 / 2 = 0.83亿股 = 8300w 股

10年后总股本为：96 - 0.83 * 10 约= 87.7 亿股

10年间留存利润为：(1300 - 500) * 10 = 8000 亿元

8000亿以分红形式派出，每股分红 91.22 港币

考虑极限情况，大股东总持股 24.77 亿股，回购量是增发量的 2 倍，年利润 1500亿港币，大股东完全退出时总股本为 96 - 24.77 / 2 = 83.6 亿股，总股本减少约 13%

以 330 均价回购需要花费：

330 * 24.77 * 2 = 16348.2 亿港币，对应 16348.2/1500 = 10.9 年利润。

以 300 均价回购需要花费：

300 * 24.77 * 2 = 14862 亿港币，对应 14862/1500 = 9.9 年利润。

以 270 均价回购需要花费：

270 * 24.77 * 2 = 13375.8 亿港币，对应 13375.8/1500 = 8.9 年利润。

以 250 均价回购需要花费：
