Tornado - async IO throwing NotImplementedError about beancount-import

Temporal fix:
Go to tornado/platform/asyncio.py, in my case it's "C:\Users\Tirae\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python38-32\lib\site-packages\tornado\platform\asyncio.py"

Add
import sys

and after imports:

if sys.platform == 'win32':
    asyncio.set_event_loop_policy(asyncio.WindowsSelectorEventLoopPolicy())

@jbms I have chosen beancount for my personal accounting because it's open source, and I can migrate somewhere in any case. However if you'd stop maintaining beancount-import I would be so screwed 😄 I'm pretty much dependent on this tool already.

I am not closing this because there would be no fix from tornado - tornadoweb/tornado#2608

You need to fix that yourself

Per that bug you linked, it looks like this just requires a one-line addition to webserver.py: would you care to make a pull request and test it? I don't use Windows myself so it is difficult for me to test Windows-only changes.

Do I need to remove beancount-import from pip first before installing it from the repo? I'm amateur in python modules by all accounts
