As for fake OD servers I was thinking to mock them without making any real http requests, I personally like to avoid any unnecessary moving parts for tests. What do you think?

@simon987 These links to Trello are automatically added when i link a Trello card. It's a test. We will decide together whether Trello is valuable or not ?

Regarding the mock, Mathew proposed a OD server.
Mocking http calls with frameworks ala Mockito (https://github.com/mockito/mockito/wiki/Mockito-for-other-languages) seems heavy for me. I'm talking about integration test not unit tests http://gifgifmagazine.com/error-door/ ;-)
You'll have to manage the recursive browsing , difference between servers (nginx, Apache).
We just need to create a tree of empty files (0 kb) store them in git and serve them with different servers.

In a second time we need to embed them in the CI.
