Add information about the colorbar. labels

Make a Function to check for the existence of the output folder

Add option for logarithmic density distribution.

Generate a log file to save the relevant data used and produced in the calculation.

Resolved:

-Concordia age labels are being plotted for regions outside the concordia plot. Constrain the agelabelarray.

- Read input data until end of file

- Print the total time taken by the calculation.

- Print "Done", or something saying that the calculation proceded successfully

- Deal with the labels being plotted outside the plot.

- Make a Function to check for the necessary input parameters.

- Add option for logarithmic axes
