The idea behind this module was to fix vphysics crashes that had been plaguing gmod for quite a while, as well as improve the overall behavior of physics in the Source engine. These were problems that were unfixable for Garry, as he didn't have the source code to vphysics. He suggested that a community project be started for a replacement module, one that WOULD have source code available. A lot of people believed this to be impossible, so I set out to prove that it could be done, despite being entirely the wrong person to work on something like this.

I stopped working on it, and sometime later, @DrChat picked up where I (and the other contributors) left off. You can find his fork here.
