Strange. Where do you see the error "ValueError: program path on g:, data path on e:"? Can you post the log where the error occurs? You posted a log from the working 0.8.6 version.

Maybe try setting portbale to 0 once.

Sorry for the mistake. There are too many different versions that have been installed. This one is definitely 0.9.5.

Note that it starts with no errors with portable=0, but crashes as soon as it is changed back to portable=1.

Just tried 0.9.4 (and it behaves in exactly the same way as 0.9.5) and crashes when portable=1.
