Hi 👋, I'm Jeremy

About me

Full-stack software engineer with 2+ years of industry experience developing web and mobile applications--most recently at GoCanvas where my code contributions have been used and trusted by thousands of companies of all sizes to streamline their data processing. I primarily work with JavaScript using React.js and Node.js; and I also have professional experience with TypeScript, and now Ruby on Rails.

My experience includes a substantial query redesign which resulted in an incredible 3000% performance increase, and end-to-end development tasks that required building user interfaces, controller routing, modeling and database design.

I love learning new languages and tools, and am quick to pick up new skills as needed. I'm a clear and effective communicator, an empathetic and accountable teammate, and I love to lead when given the opportunity.
