This works for me,
- "npm install" in the online server
- Copy @jessety/eslint-config folder from the node_modules folder.
- In the offline server, run "npm root -g" to see the global npm root node_modules path. Mine is at C:\ProgramData\npm\npm\node_modules.
- Paste @jessety/eslint-config folder from step 2 into, C:\ProgramData\npm\npm\node_modules.
- Run "npm run setup".
