I've just pushed a fix for this situation, however I choose a slight different way to implement it. To specify an option which is only available from ini, you can simply leave out the short and long tags and only specify the ini-name. In this case the option will:
- Not be available on the command line
- Not show up in the help message
- Not be written to the man page
- Available from ini with the given ini-name
