Hardcoding of 'underscore' and 'backbone' about backbone-query-parameters

This matches the behavior of backbone itself. When using the global loader it will utilize whatever you have loaded. When using amd you can rename lodash or whatever other library. Under node this will just load the child library and not impact any of your own code.

Closing as there are work arounds for this and I don't see a clear way to handle these dependencies outside of the systems provided by the respective loading libraries. Glad to discuss if you have a code example that suits your needs.
