Set up testing configuration and create a 1st test about twikkl-app

I created a PR regarding setting up tests.
It's still wip as I'm trying to figure out what is wrong with writing tests for Register
But I wanted to get some feedback if this is the direction you were thinking

Had some time to figure out the issue I was having with Register, so that is all working

My background is Angular and React, but not react-native and expo so I might be doing some things in an inefficient way.

Thanks for the resources, I'll dig into them and revisit if needed.

FYI, this issue is actually an initiative to tests. As the application is still in its early stages, without any logic behind. You can simply do a component test (component renders without issues).

To simplify setting tests, Expo provides a testing guide with a powerful module called jest-expo.

If you're new to testing in React Native, I'd suggest you to visit React Native Testing guide to learn the basics and more.
