There isn't but this shouldn't be difficult to add. The jQuery syntax looks ok:

.fail(function( jqXHR, textStatus, errorThrown ) {});

I made a branch for this here.

TODO:

  • needs an integration test in test/specs/oboe.integration.spec.js and something that returns non-200 errors with bodies in test/streamsource.js
  • probably needs some similar code for running under node
  • other places that throw errors need to match this interface
  • update docs
  • something else?

If you can help pull requests would be awesome.

I just merged a new failure API into master which gives the error bodies and other information.
