Cannot find disksys.rom when launching FDS games about fceugc

same problem for me, but it says "cannot open \fceugx\roms\disksys.rom" I'm 
using 
the 2.0.3 release version. HELP US!

Still doesn't work but there is a difference,
in 2.0.3b I would get the message Couldn't \fceugx\roms\disksys.rom and then 
after I
hit A, I would get a Grey screen, then hit the home button to return to the rom
browser, now in 2.0.3c it just goes back to the rom browser after I hit A
