Syntax error in Sass Mixin sheet? about sass-bootstrap-defunct

Actually, there were several errors that may be a result of 2.1 changes or the automatic converter needing to be updated. Even after fixing the ellipsis error in the mixin stylesheet, if you were to load a page, you would receive a compass error along the lines of:
error sass/sass-bootstrap/lib/bootstrap.scss (Line 69 of sass/sass-bootstrap/lib/_progress-bars.scss: Mixin box-shadow takes 1 argument but 2 were passed.

This error is because the sass stylesheets were not wrapping multiple arguments appropriately so that they could be passed to mixin.scss and interpreted correctly. I discovered the fix on Stack Overflow. Essentially you need to find every scss file that is passing multiple arguments, one by one as they error out, and then ensure the multiple arguments are just wrapped in double parentheses.

I can include a pull request of the corrected code if that would help but I imagine once the generator is updated, that will be overwritten anyway.

No, the ... syntax is valid Sass:

You may need to upgrade your versions of Sass and Compass.
