When I try to use the following code:

the toggle appears to be sized a bit larger than needed...see below

FYI, I tried changing my base font-size to 13px as per your example and that didn't have any effect on its appearance. It just made the overall size smaller.

Chrome 81 / Mac OS

Peeping https://jnkkkk.github.io/MoreToggles.css/allToggles.html, your "emoji" sliders will all move their icons flush to the left side, but when activated, the icons will only move about 2/3rds of the way to the right.
