Typing mismatch in mod.rs and timeval.rs on macOS about pulse-binding-rust

I had the same problem compiling for raspberry pi (--target=armv7-unknown-linux-gnueabihf) though i could resolve it by replacing i64 with the libc types which are used in the definition of Timeval::new()
