Just quick aside while getting some water at work. I think this would be great. I always struggle with how to properly format ERB, and I'm not really sure what the best approach is. This would totally take the thinking of it.
π― I hate thinking about formatting anymore. Standard its ilk have spoiled me. π
Not gonna lie⦠I've thought about starting up a standarderb
project, but I'm not sure I want to carry that torch. π

Good to know! Thanks for digging that up.
Can you throw together a PR that integrates erb-lint
with sensible defaults and adds a CI step to lint? I'd love to give this a real test.

Ohh, this looks really nice! Is there no way to configure standardrb to lint ERB?

Not that I'm aware of. I would love to learn otherwise!

@joemasilotti Hey, this decision is documented! There is no support for erb
within standard and no plans to do so. Justin pointed the individual at erb-lint
as well.
[Erb] is outside of Rubocop's scope and (as a result) out of standard's as well.
You might consider erb-lint
