Just getting some ideas down (mainly from sublime text jshint) about atom-jshint

This is amazing, thank you for getting it together!

The indicator in the gutter was my next feature as I always found that so useful. I've just committed a version that runs on save of the file, so that should be in next!

Gutter support is now included, it's basic but it helps a lot!

Progress on this is now as follows:

• Display an indicator in the gutter next to lines with errors
  • Right clicking indicator could give a menu that includes "add exclusion" which adds the relevant js comment to the previous line to get jshint to ignore the error.
• Display the error associated with the current line in the status bar
• when editing a .jshintrc file parse the file and add the description of each setting as a tooltip when hovering over them (hard to implement but definitely doable)
• In status bar show "This is some error message [8 total]", clicking "8 total" could add a new bar (like the "editor stats" package) that shows all the jshint errors.
