List of unimplemented stuff that I can think of at the moment
- add/edit/remove catalogs
- loading and error screens
- pagination
- full entries
- indirect acquisition
- open book after downloading
- reload
- context menu
- fix acquisition menu overflow with long labels
- links to start, shelf, etc.
- show feed icon/author/updated time
- show author and price in acquisition feeds
- primary style for first acquisition button

force color and background on the summary/content in dark modenot applicable now that we forbid inline styles in description - get theme colors from GTK; this will also make it possible to enable navigation gestures; can't enable it now because the webpage/webview has transparent background
