D3 assumes that CSV data will comply with IEFT RFC 4180 Common Format and MIME Type for Comma-Separated Values (CSV) Files

Should probably have one of those optional accessors for typing the data as the datafeed is parsed.

For these multi-source frankenreports there should probably be multiple uses of d3.time.format() trying to figure out what format is being used in the case where a date type column contains cells with different formats in the column.
