I'm running 6.39 PRO myself on a 5g model... works fine here.
Can you give us a bit more information about your model and instructions on how 
to reproduce it?

Disable all plugins, and retry it!

Make sure to disable any plugins, or rename/delete your seplugins folder.

The CFW fail to load on the first run, but after I rename my seplugins folder, 
it just load perfectly into the XMB.

As it has been said before, you are most likely operating with a faulty 
seplugins folder.

Did you move from one kernel revision to another?

This often causes plugin incompatiblity, as plugins tend to be developed for a 
specific kernel only.

As we have currently no way of reproducing this, both me and several other 
commenters in here, I will close this issue for now.

Should you be able to add more information to allow us to reproduce your 
problem I will reopen it.
