Disable all plugins before launching the CFW Launcher. Or just rename the 
seplugins folder to something else on your memstick.

Do as Comment #2 says. This is most likely the cause of your problem.

Should it have been, please report back in this issue, otherwise I will close 
this as unreproduceable in a week.
