Hi,
Looks like you are doing the same mistake as mentioned here and here. Remove the port 80 part from your config and it should work (or you can explicitly overwrite the redirector.conf if you want some custom stuff in there).

Thanks for the quick reply, but unfortunately that didn't solve the problem. I'm still getting the same error.

OK, then my next suggestion is to remove the CERTBOT_DOMAIN variable, that is not something that I support in this image.

Thanks for help. I have no idea what was wrong, but when I destroyed my instance and created a fresh one, everything started working.
