replace travis CI with local build script. about alltrack

TODO:

• Fire up emulators for API 21, 22, 23
• Testcompile the app
• Test the app on all emulators
• commit spoon test report to the github page
• push coverage reports to coveralls or get spoon to recognize them
• cleanup readme and link to gh pages instead to travis build
• try to get travis to execute the build script. Problem: is travis allowed to commit to gh-pages?

Furthermore if a version is supplied the script should

• do a release build
• commit the m descrambler file
• Tag the release
• push the apk to google play
