Update the #__schema and #__extensions tables after installation about joomlatools-console

Seems that due of emtpy #__schemas table, there is problem when running Joomla upgrade on installed site.

Since there is no record for extension_id: 700 (which corresponds to files_joomla), all available db schema updates are run during the finalize stage and updater fails straight on the first one, trying to update the schema from J! 2.5.0-2011-12-06.sql file

Temporary solution is to recreate schema pointer using
Extensions > Manage > Database
Should show:

Database schema version (None) does not match CMS version (3.4.0-2015-02-26).

Click Fix

This will create new entry in #__schemas table
